Hi Ella, thanks for your inspiring post. I would like to ask you about diet plan for those who who want to gain muscles.
Can I gain muscles working out without these kind of protein like meat, fish and curd (milk)?
How does it work for vegan people?
Thanks.
Hi Bob. Although my site focuses on eating to be overall fit and healthy for a lifetime, I do write about protein and building muscle. Have you checked out my post here: https://sexyfitvegan.com/how-do-you-get-your-protein-vegan/ ? Basically it’s about upping your consumption of legumes, and depending on your exact goals, possibly adding a high quality plant-based protien/nutritional powder to your daily routine. Hope this helps get you started!
