I was given Ella's book for Christmas and started following the plan right after but of course there was some holiday indulgences in there ; ). Just last week I realized how much looser my clothes started feeling and I weighed in at 5 lbs less. That was only about 2 weeks of following the plan! But the best part is how amazing I feel. I have so much energy! I feel light and strong. I also started following the workout plan and I'm so excited for my continued results. Thank you Ella for making this so easy. I highly recommend this book to anyone even if you're not trying to lose weight and just want to feel better.
